Authors

Models in the JAOT marketplace are published by authors — organizations that share their optimization expertise with the community. There is nothing to sell and nothing to buy: publishing is free, forking is free, and an author's return is adoption, ratings, and reputation.

Author profiles

Every marketplace listing links to its author's public profile at /marketplace/authors/{organization}. A profile shows:

• About — the organization's bio
• Models Published — all of the author's public listings, each linking to its detail page
• Total Adoptions — how many teams have forked the author's models into their studios
• Average Rating — across all the author's models
• Member Since — how long the organization has been on the platform
• Verified Author badge — when the organization has been verified

Profiles are public and indexable — they are an author's portfolio on the platform.

Verification

Verified authors carry a Verified badge on their profile and their model cards. Verification is granted by the platform administrators and signals that the publishing organization is who it claims to be. It is a trust marker, not a paid tier — there are no paid tiers.

Adoption notifications

Authors receive an in-app notification whenever a team forks one of their models ("Model adopted"). Notification preferences are configurable in your workspace settings.

Becoming an author

Any organization can become an author: build a model in the workspace, commit a version, and publish it. Your organization's profile page starts building itself from the first listing.
